Cannot for the life of me figure out why the selling price listed on my contract is $3,127 higher than the listed price. On top of that, I was told the warranty would be $4000 by finance, yet it is $490 price listed on my contract is $3,127 higher than the listed price. I'm also not sure why there is a Customer Service Pack fee on my contract, as NO detailing was done to the truck before I left the dealership. I had made it extremely clear with the salesperson that no extras such as this were needed. The salesperson, while polite, had to be corrected several times when figuring price. Had no knowledge of the vehicle I bought, which is understandable, as it is not a typical vehicle for the dealership. When I got to finance, kept trying to add on things I clearly stated I didn't need. Guess they got one over on me by failing to mention the $699 OPTIONAL Customer Service Pack. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership and will be removing all advertising materials for ALM from the truck. I am not entertained. More
