I bought Audi A4 August 3 - during initial test drive the AC didn’t work . I pointed this out and Kelvin promised to take care of it prior to buying the car , he included fixing the AC in my contract . I c AC didn’t work . I came back a day later to get the car and he stated ALM tech fixed it , ran tests and just needed some freon. 8 days later the AC stops working again ( blows hot air only ) I take back to ALM and the tech will look at it and fix again . A day goes by and I come pick it up to be told by Kelvin this was a faulty hose with the AC unit and the tech fixed it and it’s all set . A week and half later it’s back to being broken - I then take to a shop to look into and they immediately find 3 leaks - and confirmed no new hose and no leak detection substance was used . In other words , I was lied to multiple times and ALM did nothing . Do you not run inspection on new car inventory ? It’s immediately noticed when you turn on the AC so not sure how this could be missed ?!?! I was told this is done to every car to guarantee these issues don’t happen . I have documentation of this and have the report from car shop. I love the car and outside of being lied to multiple times the experience was fine - ALM can either help pay for AC repair or just exchange this lemon car for another similar on the lot. Everything was amazing. I e-signed the documents, wired the down payment and they picked me up at the airport and brought me to my car, which was great. But I asked to change my extended warranty from 2 years to 3 years. They said no problem. Updated the documents and I e-signed the new contract at the higher and agreed upon amount. However the warranty document I received was only for two years. I’ve emailed three times and left multiple voicemails with no response. Once I left with my car they want nothing to do with me. Now I’m going to have to go through arbitration for a couple hundred dollars. Such a waste of my time. The experience was flawless except for this. I waited 4 months to leave this review hoping they would respond and no luck. More
