Worst car buying experience that I've ever had. First, they lost my deposit and it took days to find it even though I was paying cash for the car. Second, they promised to do some work to fix dents and scratches on the car that I was buying, but in the end, all they used was a little bit of touch up paint and called it perfect; and even had the nerves to admit that they knew I wouldn't be happy with their solution.
They said they detailed the car and filled it up, but it was just as dirty as when I test drove it for the first time and it was almost on empty. I was promised a spare tire and I never got it even after calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages. It was very unfortunate when I was stranded on the side of the road because there was a nail in my tire and I had to tow my new car.
The sales person was no longer working there days after I got my car so that should have told me all I needed to know about the quality of their service. Next time I'll go to a Buick dealer instead of a smaller dealership like ALM and I will recommend to my friends and family that they do the same.
