Took my car in for a simple full synthetic oil change. I purchased a groupon. Upon returning home and letting my vehicle sit over night I was pulling out of the garage the next morning and noticed a huge oi purchased a groupon. Upon returning home and letting my vehicle sit over night I was pulling out of the garage the next morning and noticed a huge oil slick on my garage floor. I called immediately to let them know what was going on. Took the car back in the same day. They told me that they had to drill the oil plug out to drain the oil and they put in a new oil plug. They drained the oil again and replaced the oil plug with a new one. They said that the car has a major oil leak around the oil pan gasket and that the gasket needed to be replaced. I never have had an oil leak before taking it to Atlanta Luxury Motors. I told the service manager "Ronnie" That I would make an appointment to get the gasket replaced. Upon leaving the front end of my car starting making noises when I applied the brake. Totally new never heard this creaking crunching noises before they serviced the vehicle. I called them today and spoke with Ronnie to let him know that the oil leak was still not fixed and that there are now the creaking crunching noises coming from the front end of my car. He said "Well, I am sorry that you are having all of these problems. I should have charged you for the new drain plug I put in plus the labor but I didnt." I am totally convinced that they try to lure folks in the door with this groupon deal to cause more issues with your vehicle. Ronnie said in conversation that he couldn't believe that the owner of Atlanta Luxury Motors could even afford to do a full synthetic oil change and that he was a complete xxxxxx for thinking it was logical to have such a deal. Ronnie also said that they buy junk and make it look like new. I found that very weird and I felt very uncomfortable after he said that. When I brought my car back in for the oil leak Ronnie was very short and very rude and snatched my keys from me. I had to beg for a receipt for the oil change. This is very poor customer service let alone the problems that have occurred with my vehicle just by simply changing the oil. This place is a scam!!!!!!!The folks there are very rude and very impatient. Very unprofessional. Please think twice before you purchase or service your vehicle with this place. I took my car to BMW today and I now have about 1400.00 in repairs because of these people. In the future I will think twice about buying oil changes from groupon and always have my car serviced at the BMW dealer! More
