It was a great, easy experience buying from them. There was no pressure but they don't need to pressure because their prices are great and they are selective with the cars they sell. Used DealerRated to locate dealers and then view inventory. Their website was easy and found a car we were interesed in that fit what we were looking for and the price range. I submitted a trade in inquiry for an older car and it was not what we had hoped for. George called and we talked about it and there was no pressure at all and he said yes the still have the car we wanted to look at. He sent me an email right away with his contact information and told him we would be in to look at the car within a couple of hours. Upon arriving at the dealer I noticed their cars were very well kept and organized. The showroom was very clean and well kept. The work bays were very well kept and clean. George was with another customer and thanked us for coming in and he would be with us as soon as he was done to please have a seat in the lounge. He got with us shortly after that, already had a license plate in his hand so we could take the car for a test ride. He said please take it for 15-20 minutes and see if we like it. He stated they just got it in from the original owner and had not had time to detail it, the car was extremely clean and well kept. The test ride was excellent, ride, handing, everything. Upon returning George asked use if that was want we wanted and I said yes lets see about financing. He never tried to steer us to another car or hide anything with this car and was very professional. While waiting for financing he was pleasant and we conversated. It tool longer due to my financial and credit from previous years but they stuck to it and worked on it and found a bank to finance the car at very reasonable interest rate and payments. Since the car was a 2002 and as is sale they even included a 30 day power train warranty at no cost. All the employees that we talked to or dealt with were very professional, pleasant and courteous. All the cars on his lot were clean and mostly of European make or of luxury vehicles. Very nice. If I ever decide to purchase a used luxury vehicle I will purchase from them. More

Low Pressure Salesmanship I came in on a Friday evening after setting up a time with Shaiq to see one particular car. I am a young girl so I walked in feeling defensive and wary that I might be taken advantage of, but as soon as I met Louis I immediately felt at ease. He gave me no reason not to trust him and never pressured me to make a decision. Louis and Alex stayed with me for many hours going through the process well after the dealership closed, answering all my questions and showing me lots of information. Louis even helped me find all the loose change in my old car before I left. Since the sale I have had questions a few times (bought from out of state so needed to send some things back and forth) and they have been very responsive and recognize me by name when I call. I feel that I got a better deal than I would find anywhere else and that A Plus Motors is made up of very hard working, honest people. A Plus Motors is a gem and I wish them all the best! More
