Jordan Russell is a Customer Service Specialist, he does what he can to make things happen for the customer. I feel Jordan that Jordan would be a Good Customer Service Trainer throughout the Dealerships esp what he can to make things happen for the customer. I was getting ready to leave for work and my truck wouldn’t start. It’s frustrating when I’ve only had it for three months. I was worried about how long my truck would be in the shop and if I would ha wouldn’t start. It’s frustrating when I’ve only had it for three months. I was worried about how long my truck would be in the shop and if I would have to argue over warranty. Luckily Academy CDJR was on top of the entire process. I had my truck back the same day with a new starter with all the warranty issues handled on their end. Thank you making the process smooth and quick.
