Worst experience ever. We were told it was ready, went to pick it up, paid $600 then didn’t even get off the lot. It still had the same problem. Told us, now it was something else, will take another $900 to repair. Poor receptionist had to deal with us, neither the Service Manager or the Service writer ever came out to talk to us. Made an appointment for my vehicle to get a recall done on it and we'll what do you know, they kept my vehicle for a whole week, then they call me a few weeks later to take vehicle back because they forgot on it and we'll what do you know, they kept my vehicle for a whole week, then they call me a few weeks later to take vehicle back because they forgot to take pics of the parts they replaced due to recall. So unprofessional. I took my other vehicle into GMC to get a recall done with an appointment and they had it done within a few hours and we're very courteous. More

I went in for a simple oil change. The mechanic soiled my clean carpet on my classic 2005 lincoln town car with oil on the driver's side. I waited for hours for the complimentary car wash, and I finally just clean carpet on my classic 2005 lincoln town car with oil on the driver's side. I waited for hours for the complimentary car wash, and I finally just gave up. I brought the car back for the oil stain and got a horrible streaked car wash. I had to take my car from the dealer to a car wash before my paint was ruined. Somehow my bumper got gouged. My car was in immaculate condition until this substandard service. I had just gotten my car out of the paint shop with new chrome and paint and your people ruined it! I will never take my car there again! More
