I purchased my Explorer Sport 7 years ago and have been having my oil changes and tire rotations, etc. done at Access Ford ever since. I have had the drop off and pickup service previously, and the transportation was enjoyable in a clean vehicle with a good driver. The waiting room was clean, with a television and coffee bar. More

Your dealership service department does not do their job properly they lie to their customers.
