All people involved were great. I normally work with Elizabeth, but she was out that day. Ben stepped in and gave me excellent service. The only unresolved issue was the "Lincoln Way" account. I contacted Roy Richter to have a pinion seal replaced on the differential of my 2017 F250 & find out why my radio station & clock kept changing every time I turned off my truck. I got the truck there at 7:3 the differential of my 2017 F250 & find out why my radio station & clock kept changing every time I turned off my truck. I got the truck there at 7:30 AM. He called me at 12:30 & my truck was ready. Not only did they fix both problems they fill my windshield washer fluid as well. I have been very satisfied with the service department. More
