I took my F-250 to get checked by tech for bad wobble. Was told incorrect part needed replacement . Truck has even worse wobble than before. Called back spoke to Roy who stated that they first do protocol Was told incorrect part needed replacement . Truck has even worse wobble than before. Called back spoke to Roy who stated that they first do protocol which is to replace damper. I then stated that I had left truck there all day Saturday for problem to be addressed not for them to just follow a protocol. Roy was actually rude on phone he stated that that is all they can do is follow protocol. This only causes customer to spend on parts that are not needed. Very disappointed on quality of service. Technicians should be qualified to check and pinpoint problem on vehicles, this is what they were hired for. More
