We've had nothing but problems Me and my wife both bought 2017 F-150 truck same day. After a few months both our A-Pins went out. She was in there 5 time before it was fixed and 4 t Me and my wife both bought 2017 F-150 truck same day. After a few months both our A-Pins went out. She was in there 5 time before it was fixed and 4 time for me before they would replace it. I have 75K miles on my now and it has went out again. So I went in to get a new one and they suggested I try to update it first. I made an appointment for a week later at 7 am in morning because it is my only work truck an I can't go very long without it. We I went in they didn't even have me down as to making an appointment. I left it and the service man told me it would be noon before it would be ready, At 2:30 they had never call me so I call and they said they haven't even look at it. I had to pick it up because I had to go to Edinburg for work which I had told them that. I ask to talk to a manager and He told me just because you made an appointment don't mean you have one. Now very upset I left. I have no GPS (Black screen) my phone won't hook to Bluetooth and Im looking for another dealership to hopefully help me. More

The seats next to the children's play area smell like old rotten furniture. Joe the Cockroach decided to come out and play right next to where I was sitting. No biggie, but then I saw 2 small roaches and those are just dirty roaches. So I moved and continued enjoying Netflix. Overall it was ok, bit the greatest but also not the worst! More

My experience I took truck in for oil change, a fix on my tail gate, and a recall I was told 1 day called at 5 pm and all they did was the oil change and was told t I took truck in for oil change, a fix on my tail gate, and a recall I was told 1 day called at 5 pm and all they did was the oil change and was told they were just starting on the tailgate they would call me in the morning I called at noon and was told they had to order the parts because they don’t keep in stock . Drove the truck home and by the time I go the 40 miles my check engine line is on my electronics are going on and off not very happy at the moment More
SERVICE AS PROMISED I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I COULD DROP MY LINCOLN OFF AT 8:30 AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PICK IT UP AT 11:30. I WAS TOLD BY ROY TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I COULD DROP MY LINCOLN OFF AT 8:30 AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PICK IT UP AT 11:30. I WAS TOLD BY ROY TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED, ROY WAS HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO IMMEDIATELY TIM ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME. HE WROTE THE TICKET UP AND I WAS ON MY WAY WITHIN 3 MINUTES! I CALLED AT 11:20 AND ASKED TIM IF IT WAS READY AND HE PUT ME ON HOLD TO FIND OUT AND WAS BACK ON THE PHONE IN 30 SECONDS TO TELL ME IT WAS READY. I ASKED HIM TO BRING IT UP FRONT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED, MY CAR WAS WAITING ON ME. NEXT TIME I WILL REQUEST TIM. More
