Regular maintenance, oil change. Problem with AC Service person was very cordial, took information and informed me of possible length of time for oil changed. I informed him of problem with AC; cold Service person was very cordial, took information and informed me of possible length of time for oil changed. I informed him of problem with AC; cold air on passenger side, hot air on Driver’s side. He informed me that AC problem would take some time, technician needed to diagnose problem. He asked if I wanted to wait or want transportation to home. Told him I wanted oil change, come back for AC problem, and I would wait. He directed me to waiting area where coffee was available. Oil change was completed in less than an hour. More

Easy and pleasant experience I was in most recently for a recall and oil change on my Explorer. I made an appointment and dropped my car off at 8 am. The work was done and I got I was in most recently for a recall and oil change on my Explorer. I made an appointment and dropped my car off at 8 am. The work was done and I got my vehicle back by the end of their work day as promised. I was also able to get a ride home on Access's free shuttle, which was a big plus.
