However, being charged a minimum of two hours labor for diesel work, I thought was excessive, knowing it was just an electronic module change. Great Experience Go see Jack! Came from out of town And worked the whole deal over the phone. When I showed up they had all paperwork done and after a test drive I was Go see Jack! Came from out of town And worked the whole deal over the phone. When I showed up they had all paperwork done and after a test drive I was in and out in a few minutes. To top it off, they’ve got integrity. I got a couple miles down the road and noticed my seat A/C wasn’t working and the truck was pulling right. Went back and Jack worked with me to fix the truck and make it right. Stuff happens, but it’s how people react when things don’t go perfect that separate them. Courteous people. My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they charge two hours minimum for work on a Diesel engine. I had a check engine light that just needed resetting, as there were no problems requiring repairs and it cost me $280 which was less than the $165/hr labor charge normally tagged on. Not too happy about that. Otherwise my check engine light has not returned for 125 miles, so I'm happy not to worry about that. More
