My experience with Access Ford was horrible. The only saving grace of my purchase was the finance officer Nicole Harris. She provided all the information I needed and was kind and courteous thro The only saving grace of my purchase was the finance officer Nicole Harris. She provided all the information I needed and was kind and courteous throughout this struggle of a sale. My sales representative Glenn Taylor doesn't need to be in sales at all. My goal was to purchase the vehicle and have it delivered to me. I asked Glenn to send a video showing that the car did not have any errors on the dash. He sent a video of the dash in the settings screen which does not allow all of the warning lights to show. H assured me the vehicle was in perfect condition, so I submitted my finance paperwork, Glenn calls me back the day of delivery and says there's an error message on the dash and he sent the vehicle to maintenance. The vehicle remained in maintenance for 3 weeks which almost made my finance offer from the bank expire. Throughout the time the vehicle was in maintenance Glenn had no clue what the status of the vehicle was or a estimated time of completion. I had to track down the service center they sent it to and begin calling them directly just to get updates. Nicole Harris was the only person giving me answers to my questions. When it came to the delivery and purchasing process, Glenn showed his incompetenc once again. When my delivery driver arrived, they asked me for my keys because they were told i was trading my vehicle in and they were supposed to drive it back to the dealership. Glenn was the person who I sent my bank financing information to, and who I told on was paying the the remaining balance with a cashiers check. He knew I was not trading any vehicle in. The delivery driver was left stranded and I had to drive them to rent a car just so they could get back to the dealership. Luckily the car was in good shape, but I absolutely would never buy from them again or refer anyone there while Glenn is a salesman there. More
