It was a pleasure working with Terry, actually it was the fastest vehicle I have ever done. I would highly recommend Terry. As for the dealer not so much, the vehicle needed some cleaning in the interior as it had quite a bit of dog hair on the seats and bottom of carpet with a hint of dog smell. I was told to leave it overnight so it could be cleaned thoroughly. Well it was not the case, mostly the just put a couple of deodorizer cans in there and that was it. Whoever details your vehicles needs retraining or needs to be replaced. More

Access Ford has been servicing my truck since I bought it. Juan has helped me many times. Some places will charge you for what ever they can. This time I had a check engine light on due to my air filter it. Juan has helped me many times. Some places will charge you for what ever they can. This time I had a check engine light on due to my air filter being clogged. I installed a new filter and needed the check engine light reset. He could have charged me a diagnostic fee, but reset the light and told me to come back if it comes back on. Thanks Juan. See you at my next service date. More
