Every time I come to that dealership there is always some kind of excuse as to why something can’t be done. My lift on a rocky ridge was supposed to be tightened and I was told it had to come out of my pocke kind of excuse as to why something can’t be done. Why can’t the service manager call the other dealership and speak with the service manager to get the issue resolved? Customer service is terrible and has been for years.
