This dealership lacks quality customer service. I have yet to hear from the General Manager about issues I’ve been having for months. He follows up on these reviews with “I will be in touch with you...” y yet to hear from the General Manager about issues I’ve been having for months. He follows up on these reviews with “I will be in touch with you...” yet I never hear from him. It’s really sad how customers are just numbers. Once the sale is done, the dealership is done. My 2020 Navigator barely has about 2,000 miles and it’s been in the shop for part replacements. More
