Easy and pleasant experience I was in most recently for a recall and oil change on my Explorer. I made an appointment and dropped my car off at 8 am. The work was done and I got my vehicle back by the end of their work day as promised. I was also able to get a ride home on Access's free shuttle, which was a big plus.
