Overall good Poor communication on status of vehicle. Dropped off 7:30 and no updates on problem or status. This seems to be a South Texas thing as I've used multiple dealerships and none give you a projected time and actually let you know they will miss it. generally find out car is ready by calling and they seem surprised no one called.
