I was overcharged for a part that I needed. I contacted service center later that same day and was told I would receive a call back but I had to call back a week later since there was no contact. I would give this a 0 star review but that was not an option. This shop did as possible as bad as possible then told us we could bring it back to correct the problem. I’m still waiting for a return call from the many times I called to arrange to get it fixed . Took the truck to another body shop to get an estimate on what it would cost to repair the repair and was quoted over $4000.00 which is what the original insurance check was for. Plus Access Ford called the insurance company and requested and received more money . The right front fender was supposed to be replaced but wasn’t , several dents we’re painted over but not fixed because they didn’t want to take it to the place where we had it undercoated to have it redone because it’s impossible to match . The back right tire was replaced but we had to pay for that our selves Talked to a lawyer who mailed a letter to the company . Received a return from Katelyn Gwin . The body shop informed her that we were supposed to call the insurance company and request more money to make the repairs that they didn’t do right the first time . Of course the insurance company had already paid for the repairs and refused to pay for their screw up . So the paint job done by access fox has runs in it and looks like it’s melting off even though it is dry .The front fender was not replaced Ed and fixed poorly . And several dents are just painted over snd not repaired even though they were pointed out the day we picked up the truck snd told to call a reschedule to fix . Yet somehow this was our fault . So Katelyn Gwin Lithia does not care and your email should reflect this.your company gives very poor service . Also I now know that it’s common knowledge in the Corpus Christi area that Access Ford has. Really bad reputation for quality work and I’m going to do my best to spread that word. The only reason I went in the first place was I bought my car there several years ago and had gotten good service before . What a difference a few years make . More
