While I was happy with the way that the service manager Adam), and the manager from the collision center (Juan) got together to try to resolve my issue with my door hanging (on my few month old Lincoln Nau Adam), and the manager from the collision center (Juan) got together to try to resolve my issue with my door hanging (on my few month old Lincoln Nautilus), I still have the same problems I had when I took the car in. Staff are very nice. Service took longer than expected. Main problem using waiting area is the loud TV that nobody was watching, including me, and no way to turn the m Service took longer than expected. Main problem using waiting area is the loud TV that nobody was watching, including me, and no way to turn the mind numbing noise coming out if it down or off. At one point, I looked for someone who might know where the remote control was, but nobody was nearby. For someone from out of town, who needs to spend the entire 3 hours on site, more comfortable seating would have helped. Lazy boy makes a nice recliner that is perfect for a 3 hour nap. After 3 hours in your customer padded seats, I felt like I had survived a 10 second bull ride at the Houston livestock and rodeo. More
