I’m not sure I understand why you cannot make an appointment. Me having to wait 1 1/2 hours makes it tough. In addition, when I purchased our Lincoln they would offer a loaner car while the service appointment. Me having to wait 1 1/2 hours makes it tough. I had brought our truck in for a recall service writer said parts had to be ordered I called back 3 weeks later and he said parts were in he scheduled me in on a Saturday we went in and the service writer said parts had to be ordered I called back 3 weeks later and he said parts were in he scheduled me in on a Saturday we went in and the service writer that was there asked why we were there and I told him for a recall and he said the parts weren’t there and the technician that was supposed to do the work was not even there More
