Went to 6 other dealerships and Acton was the only one that added some unique and perfectly applied additions (exterior body side moulding and interior wood grain trim) by Chuck Finney to some of their cars including the one we bought. Chuck has a flare for nice, simple design that enhances, not detracts from the overall appeal of the avalon. That detail helped make our decision on buying the car. Very smart move Acton Toyota! Best experience I have ever had in a car dealer place We started our search for cars a few weeks back. We first visited Boch Toyota and had a terrible experience. The sales rep would not allow us to take our children with us to test drive a toyota camry! Second, we visited Wellsley Toyota. Our experience there was better. But after test driving the car, even before we had decided to purchase the car, the sales rep asked us for our information. And while providing the information, we asked him why he needed the information. He said he was registering the car for us! Finally, we visited Acton Toyota. Jim was our sales rep. He was friendly, professional and honest. We loved working with Jim. I don't know why the other dealers have to be so pushy. It was so easy to deal with Jim. We negotiated the price and signed up to purhcase the car. It was simple and easy! We are a Toyota family. So we will be heading to Acton Toyota again in the near future! Thank you Acton Toyota!
