I was told the same for the Tacoma I bought, it did sell even quicker, but lucky for me the deal fell thru. I did not hesitate after that. Best Car Buying Experience....EVER Let's be honest, buying a car can be extremely stressful and difficult. HOWEVER, I just purchased a new Toyota Highlander (my first ever Toyota) this Let's be honest, buying a car can be extremely stressful and difficult. HOWEVER, I just purchased a new Toyota Highlander (my first ever Toyota) this past weekend at Acton Toyota and had, hands down, the best experience ever! I never knew buying a new car could be so much fun and so easy. We called ahead and were hooked up with Tom Downing and let him know the car and model we wanted to test out. When we arrived we were greeted and promptly met by Tom who had already pulled the car around and was ready to put the plates on to go for a spin. We checked the car out and asked many questions which he was quickly and easily able to answer. After the test drive I fell in love with the car and we spent some time talking with Tom. He made us feel extremely comfortable and it was hard to remember we were in a car dealership! There was no pressure to buy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and never rushed us. We appreciated that he took his time with us not knowing if he would get a sale or not. In the end we ended up purchasing the car and we worked with Joe Tocci in finance. It was a breeze and there was no push for extras, however Toyota has excellent programs for very reasonable pricing which we did partake in a few. We got a great competitive rage and Joe took the time to go over all the numbers to make sure we were comfortable. I think the key that many have stated is there is no pressure, no hard sell; just knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff that want to make sure you get what you want at a good price. I will definitely recommend Acton Toyota to everyone looking for a great new or used car. More

When I decided to trade in my car for a new one, they gave me a fair trade in value on my old car. Jack quickly helped me to narrow down my search to two cars. I test drove, made the decision, bought my new car, and drove it off the lot all in time to make my afternoon plans. Jack was very communicative and honest throughout the process and I never felt like I was waiting around. It was the easiest-stress-free-no-pressure car buying experience I have ever had. Alex Baker also worked with me to get the best payment plan and warranty available. Overall, I feel great about my new car and the experience as a whole.
