He respected my request to communicate via email, and was very responsive when I asked questions or needed more information. I had visited other dealerships prior to coming to Acton Toyota, and it was clear all they wanted to do was sell a car THAT DAY. Stephen did not come across like that. He let me take the car for a test ride alone, and told me take as long as I wanted. The entire experience was very pleasant and low stress - two things I didn't expect when buying a new car! I would highly recommend both Stephen Poulin and Acton Toyota. More
