The terms of the warranty could have been explained more fully and clearly (Mike talked rather too fast about that, but we were given more detail later downstairs), and our questions relating to this and other minor matters, when we replied to Mike's follow-up email, were never answered. I realize Mike is a salesperson , however he created an atmosphere of trust between the buyer and seller. This not the norm at most auto dealerships my complements to Acton Toyota for encouraging this style .When we picked up our new car Mike spent almost one hour going over and explaining how to use the various system in the car. Toyota Rav4 purchase I worked directly with Steve Kiviat. I purchased the car after seeing online at cars.com. A little negotiating and I got a good price (low end KBB) for a cream puff 2009 Rav4 with 28,000 miles. I live in Maine. As Mass does not issues temporary plates It was logistically a little difficult coordinating taking possession of the vehicle. They initially indicated they would have a driver bring the car to me in Maine after the sale. I really wanted to take the car home after purchasing. The only way I could see doing this was to use a dealer plate. Steve was kind enough to coordinate and arrange this for me. Above and beyond!! They fed me breakfast in their cafe and were very friendly and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend the folks at Acton Toyota especially Steve Kiviat. Mike More

Steve Kiviat was attentive to our needs and was very polite. We were there an hour prior to closing and ended going about half an hour later than planned but he stayed and continued to work with us. When we looked at the vehicle everything was great except for a hole in the mat of the driver's side; this was done by the prior owner. On the day that I went to pick up my vehicle Steve Kiviat told me that it was going to get replaced at no cost to me. I did not expect that and was planning to replace the mat myself. I'm extremely happy! More

Great, low pressure sale as always. I've purchased several cars here over the years. As is always the case, our latest purchase was completely without any pressure, nonsense or games. Our salesman Bob Gaudet let is take out several vehicles and was very laid back and patient despite our indecisiveness. We settled on a Mercedes but it has a rattling noise when going over bumps. When I brought it to their attention they brought it right into their shop and it was promptly fixed....and this was before we had agreed to buy it. I usually have something negative to say about most any dealership, but as has been the case for years, Acton Toyota made the entire ordeal completely pain free. More

Turned out that a car I would be interested in was at the Acton Toyota of Littleton. He took me over there and showed me the car. I ended up getting it for under my budget and I loved it! I had to go to the bank and Bob was in touch the whole day while I went to the bank and got all the paperwork together. I would recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone and Bob was awesome and went out of his way so I could purchase the car the same day I walked in! Thanks a lot! More

When we went into the dealership, Mike was very friendly and answered all of our questions patiently...and it was late on a Saturday afternoon!!!
