He is very polite and down to earth. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. When I picked up my new car Steve went over every button and function of the car. I worked with Jack Burke who did a great job with the entire process. He worked with me to arrive at a fair trade price, located the vehicle with the options I was looking for and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Since my purchase, Jack has contacted me via email and phone to make sure that I was happy with my new vehicle. Overall, it was a very good experience.
