I've been jumping through various hoops with dealers trying to find a good price, many dealers locally to me here in Upstate New York REALLY try to get a ridiculous price for these cars, close to their MSRP new. Stephen worked really hard with me to get me a deal, there was a time where I thought I was going to have to walk away but he worked with his team to get the price where I wanted and needed it to be. While the experience of buying from Massachusets while being in New York is a bit more complicated stephen worked his magic and made it happen easily. There was a few rough spots in regards to the trade in on my car regarding the final amount I would be giving them, some miscommunication in the finance department but even on his days off he kept in contact with me and let me know EVERYTHING that was going on. He was nothing but accommodating and I know he worked super hard to make this sale happen. The driver he setup to deliver me the car 3 hours away was also extremely helpful, worked through the entire process with me of getting my car registered and in my hands even after some last minute details came up that were unexpected, he was extremely nice, professional and made the entire process comfortable. While there was a few bumps it was overall the most positive experience I could ever ask for and really Stephen is the reason for it, his good attitude and constant communication is what kept me calm and let me know everything was alright. I would recommend anyone to him when looking for a new or new to them car. More

We went to Action Toyota, having done business with them years past, and met Bob. What a lifesaver, he wasn't pushy listened to what we needed and we found the perfect car (Toyota FJ Cruiser). He stayed late in the evening to get our application and purchase and sales agreement done and called to follow-up each step as promised. We had the whole thing done in just two days and drove away happy. Bob is fantastic not the typical sales guy. He listens and follows-up and really made our experience with Toyota !! More

service new vehicle ok ,walked in been looking for some time over 1yr , had a Tacoma for over 13 yrs and just loved it so decide 2 get another after long time trying othe ok ,walked in been looking for some time over 1yr , had a Tacoma for over 13 yrs and just loved it so decide 2 get another after long time trying other vehicles , what I really wanted I did not get but I am very happy with what I got , jim polin is the most osome man he worked so hard w me in details explaining 2 me all my options and did I need this other trd sport Tacoma, my mind was made up after several conversation w jim polin after goin 2 other Toyota dealers around , service at other dealers was not what or how I was treated , jim never pushed or even tried 2 sell me a more pirced Tacoma the sport , I gave jim p a price range and payment my budget and jim was so osome in doing this plan instead of the sport I took access cab w lot of upgrades and jim sudgested I not go with the sport and explaned asked me did I need the stuff with the sport package was I towing , v8, hood scoop, and I throught it over and he was right , I so am greatful he jim p pointed all this 2 me and he kept in and within my budget jim kept sedguesting this Tacoma and we good do upgrades and still be in ur budget jim polin was honest , as soon as jim p talked w me options my budget , and sense of real caring about my needs , I was sold and everything told 2 me and jims calling me showing me around the action property and intro me 2 other staff , he listed 2 me about my problem with Nashua t and jaffarrin law and I was a long customer as nashus like a family I knew every one there but a certain sale man s was so rude , my experaince with this manger was un called for and I did report it 2 supervisers , and my sales man , and said I would never again buy from them Nashua t and jim polin I did not or know befor this and he sold me with his sense of intelgent tegerity , and sens e of humor ,and kept me alwas in formed when truck would be ready some delays for parts but called me and was avail when need him and explained 2 me about my regestertion sticker , and just cant say enough have told all friends about my osome experance with action Toyota I am sooo delated over this whole experance most due 2 jim polin makin me comfortable , at ease and then over 2 steve in fin and final sales righting up contract finding me a good rate , and again I felt treated like a person family member , and I just so happy in my decision 2 go 2 acton Toyota , and look forward 2 having service on my Tacoma oh and jim p has called me several x 2 ck in on how truck is that alone is just so unbelievable , I am very excited and happy with the whole experience made much easy and that how jim p worked with me , so thank u very much , jim leahey More
