As a mom of 2, I appreciate when things are as efficient as possible- my kiddos (3 and 1.5yrs) are packed full of energy and have limited patience for sitting quietly. Bob was so kind to our kiddos and even let them sit on the showroom motorcycle. Little things like that make all the difference. Even when signing paperwork, everyone was patient with my crazy children squirming out of laps. And we all love the minivan! Great place to shop- we'll be back :) More

Toyota Sienna Purchase We were in the market for leasing a new Toyota Sienna AWD and were looking to trade in our 2003 Honda Pilot. We had visited another Toyota dealership in Westborough and they were trying to force us to buy a car they had in their inventory down our throat. They also had no transparency in pricing at all. Our frustration with this dealership led us to look for an alternative. As I started this search, I received an email from Stephen Poulin following my enquiry through TrueCar. I wrote to Stephen asking about a quote for a Sienna on Sunday night and by 10 AM on Monday I had a detailed quote that valued my Pilot accurately and also provided me with a great price on the Sienna - all this without ever having spoken over the phone or met in person. I was amazed to meet a salesperson who was not desparate to sell and was more keen on empowering us to make the decision we wanted at the speed we wanted. Our first phone and face to face interaction with Stephen was also extremely pleasant and cordial. No pressure what so ever. I have been to many car dealerships and this one is easily the best.
