I ended up going to the dealership to test drive a vehicle that I'd expressed interest in (2014 RAV4 XLE). Mike was waiting for me and we went up to the lot to look at the inventory. He explained a lot of the features right then and there and then arranged to have a vehicle pulled for a test drive. Everything went great and so now we came to the actual buying of the vehicle. Mike was above-board and did much of the work with me so that by the time I went into the financial manager's office I had a good sense of what the numbers looked like. And to his credit, those were the numbers. There were no last-minute surprises, no pressure. It was a positive experience and I thought Mike did a great job. He was also very knowledgeable about all the latest technical features to be found in the vehicle, which was important since I was primarily interested in understanding the technical capabilities of the vehicle. We soon noticed the abundance of positive reviews of Acton toyota and our experience with the staff at Acton confirmed this. Mike Wegener was prompt in his response to our internet inquiry and answered all of our questions (including the best possible price) in a very straightforward manner. His sales approach was refreshingly without pressure and it was evident that he had extensive knowledge of Rav 4's. Steve Sousa was equally informative, helpful and knowledgable as we finalized the financing. Everyone with whom we interacted at the dealership (especially Julie Ackley in the reception area) was friendly and most helpful. Sondra called me and politely asked if I would li Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Camry SE after viewing this vehicle on Acton Toyota's website. Sondra called me and politely asked if I would like to arrange a test drive of a range of vehicles, including this one. Meeting the next day, I test drove two vehicles and soon settled on this vehicle. My choice was based on the price of the vehicle and its equipment trim. Buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle allowed me to save a significant amount of money over a brand new one and thus allowed me to get the exact SE trim I wanted. The car carries its standard 3/36 warranty and I purchased additional coverage to 100,000 miles for a very reasonable amount more. Sondra was attentive, professional and carefully explained the appraisal of my trade and my financing options. Alex in the finance office was able to wrap up the transaction that afternoon and I took delivery two days later. This is my second purchase from Acton Toyota and I am very happy with the outcome. People really are friendly and attentive here which really helps take the stress out of buying a new car. Acton Toyota does a great job of delivering value to the customer while still retaining that 1:1 contact you want from your car retailer. The service department is excellent, helping to allow me to run my last Toyota to 211,000 miles before this purchase. The car I had e-mailed Jessica Spencer about was ALREADY in the front of the dealership ready for me to test drive, and let me say, she knew EVERYTHING I was asking about the car! This is the first car I have ever bought and was hesitating because I was always nervous over too-pushy sales people and being locked or pushed into something I was interested or ready for. After a very bad experience, we decided to look elsewhere. While working with Internet Car Pricing sites, Acton Toyota was listed as their "certified dealer." Furthermore, they were rated very high by folks such as us so we paid them a visit and was pleasantly surprised. Our Internet Salesperson Mike Wegener was extremely helpful and very low key. Although we had a specific vehicle in mind, he nonetheless allowed us to "buy it" without any high pressure attempts to shop for another vehicle or load up the one we picked. In fact, our chosen model's configuration was not readily available but he and Scott Vachon did everything they could to find one. In closing, we were pleased with our interaction with Acton and the personnel we came in contact with. As we usually turn our vehicles in after 3 or so years, Acton will be our "go to dealer." More
