We’re disappointed to read that you were not fully satisfied with your experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, this may be a case of misunderstandings as we thought we were clear that we would not be addressing the superficial scratches on the wheels. It is precisely for this reason we advised you on where to go to have them removed, just as you note in your review. Additionally, as you may recall, since you opted for new license plates we had to work with your insurance agency and Mass. registry to insure, register, plate, and inspect your vehicle. Typically, most individuals will leave and return at a later date to take delivery as this process can take some time. However, you opted to stay while we made our best efforts to expedite the process for you. We have attempted to reach out to you and offer a complimentary oil change for all the confusion.
