Acton Toyota of Littleton's reputation is based on a superior customer experience. The overwhelming number of positive customer reviews on DealerRater is evidence of that commitment. While we strive to please and satisfy every single customer, inevitably there are customers with unreasonable expectations or demands. There are two sides to every story and in this case, we made numerous attempts to resolve a misunderstanding, but to no avail. We immediately offered a refund which the customer accepted, when we couldn't deliver the vehicle he wanted.
