I found Acton Toyota through the Geico Car Purchasing Program after my car was totaled in an accident. Scott was great to work with and made the whole purchase process a easy. I think I felt the most at home with him because he was a lot closer to my age than most of the folks I talked to at other dealerships. It was also much easier to work with someone that was computer and internet savvy since that is how I get information to evaluate things. The dealers that reminded me of my father's friends never made me feel quite as at home. I would caution that, although Scott made things easy and explained things well, I was not prepared for the folks in the finance office. The options that you can get like a clear sealant layer and LoJack and extended warranty are not nearly as well explained and since you're working out the financing it can throw you off what you thought you were going to pay by a few thousand. I felt like the finance folks were there to sell me something that I wasn't prepared to buy and they made me feel like I was an idiot for not taking it or asking pointed questions that just got blown off for anecdotal evidence. I measure outcomes on a statisitical basis all day, every day; so, these anecdotes really just turned me off. I was not impressed. (In this review, I should point out, the scores I gave were to review my salesman, Scott, rather than the finance guys.) I do think you can be prepared for this, but it is a part of the process I didn't prepare for and I really didn't enjoy it. More
I was contacted by Scott after leaving a "might be interested" message with the dealership via email a month or two ago. I found a car in the new inventory that fit the bill. In a matter of a couple hours we agreed on a price and moved the deal forward. Excluding the intervening Sunday, I picked up my car 3 days later, completely ready with all options. It was fast. The dealership was great. Frank in finance was very helpful in dealing with BoA as well. Scott knows his stuff. And moreover he knows when to offer ideas and give information and when not to. That's hard to put into words, it's a kind of interaction you don't get with every sales person you meet. I'd HIGHLY recommend him for deals in the future. I've now purchased 4 and soon a 5th car from Acton Toyota and the dealership has always been a big notch above the rest. They are there to make sure you have a Class A experience in the purchase and it shows. Very happy and would recommend that others give them a try as well. Once you've bought one car from them, you'll know enough to buy your next and the next from them as well. Grade A+ dealership More

My husband and I went to the dealership to trade in my Subaru and buy a Prius. The Subaru was great, but I wanted better gas mileage. The only drawback was that they only had two in stock and both were the same color...and not a color I wanted. We left a deposit and Steve said he would search the New England area and see if he could find the car I wanted and get it for me. We left the dealership thinking it probably wouldn't happen. A week later I got a call from Steve saying he had found the car and it was on it's way to the dealership! He really went the extra mile to find the exact car I wanted. I love driving my new Prius! When I called Acton Toyota, Travis happened to be the person who accepted my call. He was very helpful over the phone, and therefore we decided to go to the dealership to have our car appraised, as well as to price out the Sienna. My experience at Acton and in particular with Travis, was of no comparison to the other dealership/dealers that I previously dealt with. Travis was very helpful, insightful, and personable. I truly felt that we was working with us and trying his best to meet our needs and budget. Even though, Acton Toyota is not our local dealership, I will without a doubt travel the extra miles to buy/lease our next car from Travis. More
