If you are looking for a patient, thorough sales person, John is your man. From the service side, its been great. Acton Toyota's new facility is beautiful, and the upstairs cafeteria is a great place to grab a bite while you wait for your servicing. Good wireless, so I can work from there if needed; plus the courtesy shuttle will get you where you need to go. More

I highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton for the very positive customer service experience I had when shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Prius. Some dealers say that they pride themselves on a high level of customer service but few deliver. In the case of Acton Toyota of Littleton, everyone I encountered during the shopping and purchasing process seemed sincere in wanting to satisfy the customer. In particular I can't say enough positive things about Sales Representative Tomas Revetria. He was knowledgeable, accessible, polite and not rushing us to make a sale. He wanted to make sure that the car was what we were looking for and together we negotiated a price that was reasonable. I had done my online homework about other CPO Prius in the area and what fair market value was for the car. In the end both the dealer and I came up with a price where I think we were both satisfied. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I had to move to Florida but if I return to New England I will certainly look to Acton Toyota of Littleton again for my next car. More
