There was no pressure throughout the sales experience and no push to put me in a new car or a car outside my price-range. Travis was incredibly friendly, helpful, and worked with me on the already good price. He also ensured the vehicle was in the promised condition, searched the vehicle to make sure the wheel lock key was there, and ensured everything was exactly as it should be before I drove off the lot. I bought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in December of 2004. It was a previously used by one of the dealership's salesmen. I have had nothing but good rapport with Bob Moran's dealership.
