We recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35 from Acura North Scottsdale. We were looking for a used vehicle and were leaning towards an Acura TSX or TL and had visited a couple of other dealerships. Although we can certainly afford these vehicles, we tend to dress very casually and were trading in an older Infiniti, so the other dealerships weren't very enthusiastic about helping us. We decided to drive up to North Scottsdale even though we live in Ahwatukee because of some of the inventory we saw on Autotrader.com at this dealership. Although the vehicles we were specifically interested in had been sold, Brian showed us everything available that met our requirements and price range, even taking us back to look for a vehicle that had just been taken in from a lease. We drove a 2010 TSX and a 2008 TL S series. Both were very nice and Brian was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. However, we noticed the Infiniti G35 and after realizing it was also in our price range, we decided to choose that vehicle. Brian was very helpful, gave us time to talk through the decision, and we never felt pressured about which vehicle to choose. We will be replacing our other vehicle next year, and we will certainly consider returning to Acura North Scottsdale. We are very happy with our beautiful new (to us) vehicle! More

After multiple visits and conversations with Chad, I actually ended up finding the best deal for my MDX from another dealer...but the most impressive part of my experience was that Chad's service did not stop there. He invited me back to the property, walked my wife and I through all of the questions we had on setting up the new vehicle, and put us in touch with a service agent to use going forward.
