The sales associate did not ask any questions regarding what exactly we were trying to do. This resulted in having to do paperwork three times. The entire process took longer than it really should have, co what exactly we were trying to do. This resulted in having to do paperwork three times. The entire process took longer than it really should have, considering we were almost the only people in the dealership and 10+ people working/walking around doing nothing. In the end, they tried to overcharge and tack on late fees for paperwork they messed up. It took over a month to resolve when they finally sent back the overpayment. All-in-all, it was a very sloppy experience and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
