This was mostly due to Mr. Sean Bradford, Senior Sales Consultant. First and foremost, he listened! No pressure, no hype. Sean presented facts so we could make the best decision for our budget. Of course, Acura's pricing and miles incentives, plus rollover miles from our previous lease just made the deal even better! Shout out to Mr. Joe Kalouf in the business office who made the dreaded document signing a breeze. Oh yeah, one more thing, I love my beautiful sparkling red 2020 TLX. Failure to review completed work, failure complete work My auto was recalled due to a driveshaft separation issue. The work was completed within 90 minutes. I was under the assumption that the work was completed. Later that day, I was travelling on the FL Turnpike when I heard a screeching metal sound emanating from the bottom of the auto. I immediately exited the Turnpike and stopped the car at my first opportunity to find out what the problem was. I looked underneath the car and noticed that there was some sort of metal pan dangling from chassis. I immediately call Acura (6:22pm) and asked what time there service department closed. It took me over 45 minutes ( from east Sunrise Blvd to Acura of Pembroke Pines) to arrive. I was greeted by Mr. Louis and he immediately took charge and assured me that the problem would be taken care of. He was spot on. However, I was inconvenienced, I had to cancel a dinner date, and did not get home until 830 that evening. In the interim, I received a perfunctory apology from Acura for the shoddy work they performed on my car. No one has taken responsibility for their lack of accountability. Acura needs to shore-up there quality control when it comes to making sure that when a customer's car is returned and no loose parts are dangling from the bottom of the car. Originally, I went for driveshaft separation (RECALL) what I got was a problem that I didn't want or need. The lack accountability from Acura is astounding. Mr. Nestor Robles was the Service Advisor who assured me the work was complete. I beg to differ. Mr. Robles could take a few pointers from Mr. Louis. More
Giovanni and the Acura Pines team are the real deal! Coming from a person who cringes at the idea of having to walk into a dealership, Giovanni and the Acura of Pembroke Pines changed my mind. With the end of my lease quickly approaching, I spent three full days in dealerships around the South Florida area. At every other dealer, my keys were taken almost immediately and didn’t reappear until I was fed up (I'm 5 months pregnant and was forced to sit 6-7 hours in a dealership without having the opportunity to leave for food) Other car sales people lied, tried to squeeze every penny they could and worse of all, tried to sell me cars i didn’t want. Giovanni was the complete opposite, very polite, very straightforward, no games, accommodating and best of all gave me options I had never heard of. We got a deal done in no time and I couldn’t be more proud to recommend him and the entire Acura team to anyone in the market. Thank you, Giovanni! More
