George, Thank you, again, for your feedback and your business. We are truly very sorry that you are having issues with your 2006 BMW X3 with 117,000 miles. You did purchase the vehicle for $5,000 less than current market value. We offered to take the vehicle back in trade so you could chose another vehicle that would be more affordable to fix in the future should you need to. You decided to keep the X3 and not trade for a different vehicle.. We could not just reverse the deal due to all the contracting and title work being complete and you having the title in your name and in your hands. BMWs do break and they are very costly to fix, especially one that is 8 years old with over 115,000 miles. George, if you are truly unhappy, please come back and trade your vehicle for a different one. We would never refuse to help you because you expressed your opinion. I am not sure who wrote my reply to my post, but this certainly was not the case yesterday afternoon when I visited the dealer and the used car manager. I was told that I will not have any compensation or any deal done with Acura of Pembroke Pines due to me posting on this website. The exact words were " I am in shock that you actually expect anything to be done after posting what I did on dealerate.com. That is not the way you expect to have business done". One of the problems on this car , if you took the time to ask or look at, occurred after two -three week when it started raining a lot in South Florida. There is a puddle of water in the rear truck area as well as the rear panel. This problem obviously existed before. Again, if you guys want to sell cars\trucks that within 3 weeks and not even 1000 miles of purchasing it have issues and your only excuse is that it is an old vehicle with alot of miles and they do break, etc... then you shouldnt be selling cars at all. At this point, I dont want any business or compensation from Acura of Pembroke Pines. I bought that car because at that time thats what I wanted to spend my money on. Regardless, I will take this gamble I did with your dealership as a loss. You never asked what the issues were, never offered to test drive the vehicle, never asked to take a look at the problem. All you did was provide an attitude towards my situation. I will be doing everything I can to advise people not to buy a used car from your dealer. Good faith is definitely not one of your mottos.

Hum, PLEASE READ IF YOU THINKING GOING TO THIS DEALER.. I don't think your dealer did "When vehicles are sold as-is and are priced accordingly" . Your salesman promise they will fix the wind noise from the driver door , right side light reflector, broken cup holder and couple more things that i dont remember on top of my head now. You guy sign a " I own you" paper with above items. But you guys change fixing the problem to " check" those problem. Which make NO SENSE to me. I know the cup holder is broken, i don't need you to check it. I know there is wind noise, i don' need you to check it...etc...And TILL TODAY I STILL HAVENT receive my front light reflector yet. That is why i pay little higher then market value on this BMW, because i believe you guys will fix the problems, but guess what..never happened.

Mr. Cheung, We have done everything we told you we would do at the time of purchase and then some. On 12/30 we replaced the water pump and thermostat that was not part of the original deal. You also received your new cup holder at that time. We spent over $5000 on your vehicle. If you had required additional information, why would you not reach out to us? There is no need to tell untruths. You were contacted and your vehicle was fixed. Thank you, again, for your business. We do apologize, again, for any inconveniences that you may have endured during this time.

Ma'am, We do apologize that our one conversation with your husband was so tremendously misunderstood when communicated to you. We have 2013 MDXs on the lot, and explained to your husband that we have limited color choices (not the color combo your husband said he wanted) available in the Premium Model only. We were also informed that you wanted to significantly lower your payment, so our most experienced salesman whom has been with Acura 25 years with over 7,000 satisfied customers and has a plethora of client service awards, Vince Stella, made a suggestion that to get to a lower payment you may want to consider the RDX which has been completely redesigned. Date: Fri, 26 Apr 2013 15:14:28 -0400 Subject: Letter of Appreciation Good afternoon sir, I understand that you are the General Manager of Acura of Pembroke Pines. Just last night I purchased a 2013 Acura TSX, and in February I assisted my mom in the purchase of a new 2012 Acura TSX from your dealership. I understand there are surveys I can take to express my sincere appreciation, however sometimes an email is most prudent. I wanted to let you know both purchases I conducted with the assistance of Robert Mayes, and I can honestly tell you in the 8 car purchases I have made in the last 17 years I have never met a salesman that quite like Mr. Mayes. His salesmanship, unprecedented knowledge of the Acura line, and his ability to meet the customer's needs is beyond superb. The purchase of my new 2013 TSX was in comparison to none other. He got me the best deal on the TSX and the best trade-in for my 2009 Acura MDX. I couldn't be more happy with the staff at your dealership as I have always taken my car there for maintenance and repairs. I haven't checked the reviews of your dealership, because nothing compares to 2 years worth of experience through the encounters I have had with your service department. But if your dealership isn't ranked Number 1 in South Florida, then it certainly should be. I wish I could remember the name of the sales managers that assisted us with both purchases, however they were nothing short of impeccable. I felt that it was important to give back to your dealership by showing my appreciation for both purchases and your sales staff. In response to the above, I did not make an apology nor did I express my pleasure ins the 2013 Acura TSX after revealing that it did not meet the needs of my Autistic child. However, the lack of respect and disparaging remarks by an employee regarding my Autistic child nothing short of astonishing. I have fortunately been able to secure a more reasonable car which accomodates my Autistic child son and fortunately left the Acura family of cars. However, I will note that Mr. Mayes certainly has customer service in mind during his encounters with the consumers, and was completely understanding of my families situation.
