My reason for this review (as always) is Consumer Awareness. I will start by saying that 5 Star reviews are uncommon, as they indicate "perfection" across all features of service performed. Which is not easily attainable with the complexity of issues on an individual (worker) basis. Thus, gullible consumers are being hoodwinked by these false ratings. Which also is free advertising for the Dealership at the consumers' much inflated expense. Now to get to the "core" of my review; I had service performed there recently, and following the service, it was recommended that my Engine Air and Cabin Filter be changed. However, the Engine Air Filter had been changed just 3500 miles before, and the Cabin Filter 7800 miles before. Both filters were personally inspected by me, and this was pointed out to the Service Manager, yet I am being "hounded" repeatedly in regard to it being changed by their Service Department at a cost nearing $200. Easy money for a 15 minute job. My advice to all consumers is to do your homework. Perceived inflation is allowing many businesses to eviscerate the bank accounts of many a consumer! If this behavior were not as pervasive, I would have given a 4 Star Rating. But, it really incenses me to be insulted by unscrupulous personnel. Greed betrays Integrity! More
