Service performed on 11/11/24. Complaint. Invoice states Tires pressure with Nitrogen, Tires rotation. I marked the 4 tires before I brought in for service. There was no Tire rotat Complaint. Invoice states Tires pressure with Nitrogen, Tires rotation. I marked the 4 tires before I brought in for service. There was no Tire rotation performed. Set out on a trip to Orlando. Warning on dash. Both front and and back left " Low Tire Pressure " Returned to the dealership on 27th. met with Lucas Perez, " outstanding Service Writer " explained the tire issue and ask for a new rear wiper blade. Vehicle was taken to service area. Rear Wiper was replaced. Service mechanic returned in 15 minutes laid the Invoice on Mr. Perez's desk with keys and walked out. Mr. Perez returned and stated all was taken care of. On my drive home the same low tire warning showed on dash, I thought it might take a short drive to adjust the pressure. Returned home, no change, Called Mr. Perez, he ask if possible to return. Mr. Perez was upset as he had specifically informed service to correct the tire pressure. I arrived back and Mr. Perez stated he would personally take care of the tire issue. 30 minutes later the vehicle was returned, with an apology. I assured him I was not disappointed in his performance, Mr. Perez has always performed his duties toward the Leidig's He is the one bright star at your dealership. This is the 2nd new Acura purchased from your dealership. I will not purchase again. One additional note , the cashier charged $23.39 for the wiper blade twice. Contacted Mr. Perez, who stated he would correct the error. More
