I made an appointment and when I get there the next day the person I had an appointment with seemed to not be aware of the appointment scheduled. I was checked in and waited for two hours and no one came t the person I had an appointment with seemed to not be aware of the appointment scheduled. I was checked in and waited for two hours and no one came to get me and stated they did not know that I was waiting even though it was mentioned several times and it was also stamped “waiting” on the paperwork. The car was diagnosed and the issue was found however, I had to come back because no loaners were available. When I came back the following Monday, again the service guy Kevin, he made his own appointment with me and again did not have it in his notes that I was coming in. The technician was also not available on that Monday, mind you he scheduled me in for the Monday, and so my car had to be left overnight and he stated luckily for me there was one loaner available. The loaner was disgusting was not cleaned or disinfected before giving it to me especially during the time of a pandemic with Covid. Will not ever recommend this location. More
