The service was great however my wife brought her TLX in and didn't use my regular service techs. I believe she was overcharged for her tires and services. I drive a RDX and have been going to Acura of Pemb and didn't use my regular service techs. I believe she was overcharged for her tires and services. I drive a RDX and have been going to Acura of Pembroke Pines for years and have never paid that much for my tires or service. I don't mind paying a little extra fot the great service we get at Acura of Pembroke Pines but this was more than we needed to spend. As long time customers, I expected to get a better deal than we did. Unfortunately, we are going to have to shop around for better prices next time we need tires and service. More

I brought my RDX in for an oil change as I have several times before and had the benefit of my free inspection. I had a few "reds", including replacement of the engine air filter and cabin air filter and times before and had the benefit of my free inspection. I had a few "reds", including replacement of the engine air filter and cabin air filter and was asked if I wanted any work done that day. I asked my service manager if these items were visually inspected by the technician and was assured yes they were. Humm, that was interesting since both filters had just been replaced the week before! I called him out on it and was then told sometimes they don't check and just go by the mileage. I asked to speak with the supervisor who was very apologetic and assured me this was not an acceptable practice. He brought my car back to the work bays to review with the techs and said he'd speak with the full team about it as well. I felt he genuinely wanted to make it right, but I am left with less confidence wondering if this is more than a one-off. Very happy with the car overall. More
