Terrible. I had made an appointment and the service adviser got there late. After I left accura dealership he calls me on my cell phone asking me if he had left his work phone in my car. I was in for service to my 2014 ILX. I purchase my car from Acura of Pembroke Pines several years ago (used). I find the service at this dealership to be excellent... My Service Advisor Mr. Braganza is from Acura of Pembroke Pines several years ago (used). I find the service at this dealership to be excellent... My Service Advisor Mr. Braganza is very courteous and provide service in a professional. I have never felt he is trying to suggest service for the car that is not needed. I trust his advise. *I did not get the names of the young lady at the check-out desk, but she is very polite and helpful. More
When I brought my vehicle in for service yesterday I asked that the left rear tire be checked. I was told that it was leaking air through a plugged repair and that I should buy a new tire. The tires wer asked that the left rear tire be checked. I was told that it was leaking air through a plugged repair and that I should buy a new tire. The tires were rotated and the leaky tire that they recommended that I replace was put on FRONT right of vehicle - aren't older tires and ones deemed "not safe" supposed to be placed on the rear of vehicle? None of the tires were checked for pressure - all four had different pressure in them and the leaky one had 28 psi! I mentioned the low air pressure to my service advisor and he drove the vehicle to the service department and had them add air to the under inflated tire. I noticed on the Vehicle Inspection report that "Customer Declined Service" for both engine air and cabin air filter. I was never asked about this at the 4/14 visit, although I did decline it at a service over one year ago because I wanted to change those filters myself (I have receipts to prove this that I did this a few days later). I bring my vehicle to Acura for reliable quality service and feel that I'm having to double check what was done and not done. The service I received yesterday was disappointing. More
