Making an appointment was very easy. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and was told what I exactly needed to do. Jean Louis, my service advisor was professional and courteous. He kept me informed and provided a loaner since my vehicle needed a part that needed to be ordered and it took a week to get my vehicle b courteous.
