The only reason I did not rate this visit five stars is due to the amount of time it took from my initial visit in January 25th to finally get seen for warranty repair approval, was about a month and a week. long service The customer service was great but it took longer than it should have to service my car. I dropped it early in the morning but it was not looked a unt The customer service was great but it took longer than it should have to service my car. I dropped it early in the morning but it was not looked a until the next day and it had to stay over night and they did not have a loner vehicle to lend me on top of that. Also, I was told I have to buy 5 missing screws under the hood of my car that was taken out by the mechanic my last visit and forgotten to be placed back even though that was the mechanic’s mistake.
