After a lengthy search for a new awd drive SUV we decided to add the RDX to our list. This car impressed us imeediately with it's features, smooth and fast ride and interior legroom (with a rear facing car to add the RDX to our list. This car impressed us imeediately with it's features, smooth and fast ride and interior legroom (with a rear facing car seat installed) that surpassed all of the larger SUVs we had previously test driven. Aaron Tinnell was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable about the car. After considering the purchase for a few days we contacted Aaron and quickly and painlessly negotiated a great price. I am a very disappointed customer of Acura Of Avon located on 75 Albany Turnpike in Avon. I purchased a Land Rover on August 12, 2011. Ever since I purchased the vehicle I have been having of non-stop located on 75 Albany Turnpike in Avon. I purchased a Land Rover on August 12, 2011. Ever since I purchased the vehicle I have been having of non-stop problems with the Vehicle. Everything was falling apart. For a whole year and a half I spent more time in the courtesy vehicle that my own Truck that I was making payments for. There were times when a Month would go by and I still wouldn't get my vehicle back. I tried to exercise patience and not complain but that was taken for granted. I had everything from a leaking sunroof, Transmission, Hydraulics, leaking windshield, problems with front and rear differential, bad compressor, etc. There are three lights showing up on my dashboard.. transmission fault, brakes fault and hydraulic fault. After bring it to the managers attention, he then tells me that my warranty has expired and there's nothing they can do. Mind you, this problem as been a recurring problem that was supposedly fixed. So now i'm stuck with a Land Rover that I can't drive because of the above issues. I have all the paperwork to prove everything that I stated. Is this fare??? Is this right?? I went to Acura of Avon because I thought they were the best, I was so wrong. I'm still trying to find a way to resolve the situation. This could very well happen to you!!!? More
