Joe Gensert and Alfred Makaj immediately got involved and addressed every issue to ensure my expectations were met and I once again received the customer service from the dealership and Acura that I have come to expect. Both Joe and Alfred always put the customer first and will ensure your needs are met. If you’re looking for a new Acura I highly recommend you go to Acura of Bedford Hills and ask for Joe Gensert and Alfred Makaj - these guys are the best. More

I had a great experience purchasing my new to me used Acura ILX from Chris! He was knowledgeable and his customer service skills were over the top. I went in hoping the car i inquired about was still the Acura ILX from Chris! He was knowledgeable and his customer service skills were over the top. I went in hoping the car i inquired about was still there and unfortunately it was sold the day before but there was another one similar to that and i instantly fell in love with.
