Keith is always very pleasant and easy to work with. He provides alternatives to either vehicle repair costs and service time availability. This time my mother needed an oil change and Acura of Berl He provides alternatives to either vehicle repair costs and service time availability. This time my mother needed an oil change and Acura of Berlin and Keith were my first thought. I scheduled and brought in my mother's 2011 Honda Fit for an oil change. She also needed a car wash, which was convenient because I knew that Acura of Berlin would provide a car wash and vacuuming. This saved me time and money having this service provided. It is always a pleasure coming to Acura of Berlin, having my car and now my mother's car serviced. It is always a pleasure and enjoyable speaking with Keith. Keep up the great work Acura of Berlin. We just purchased a 2017 Acura RDX . Our Sales Rep was Jim Pompei and he made the whole experience very customer focused. Our questions about financing the vehicle were answered with accurate information which is very important to us. In addition, he went above and beyond by introducing us to the finance representative and his sales manager. The team was very nice and professional.
