He ensured that I knew the ins and outs of my new Acura MDX before I left the lot and listened to me when I said I wanted the aspec package. He didn’t try and upswell me. In addition, he worked with me to make a referral to a partner to tint my windows. Most importantly, he said I can call him anytime if I’m having trouble or have a question. The technology in the system is very robust, so that is important to me. I also liked the individual who worked on the loan. He was very personable and courteous. I will buy from this dealership again. More
